There are just some of those things in life we never want to forget. One of those things just happens to be this particular face, with these particular sunglasses (daddy's), on this particular day!
And this would be Max just frustrated with the sun in his eyes.
Those last 2 pictures were taken a couple of weeks ago when we went to the Air Show. We had a blast, we had also taken our 2 nephews with us. Now know what it feels like to have 4 boys for a few days. Whew! Busy, but lots of fun. Our nephews are 3 1/2 and 2 1/2, so Jack's right in the middle of them and they have one heck of a time together. Here would be the monster truck they rode while we were there. Max was extremely disappointed he didn't get to ride, maybe next year!
And as for this last week. We did our annual trip to the 4H Fair in Pekin to see the farm animals. Us city peoples get a real education when we go there. You know, walking through poop, hay, dust, and just seeing those animals aside from your typical neighborhood cat or dog.
We saw chickens, rabbits, turkeys, cows, goats, sheep, roosters, etc. Sad we missed the horses and pigs this year. Still fun though.
